New Shower head/mixer and tap fitting

Current shower head has broken off. Would like to replace the mixer and head, and move to a handheld shower head if possible. We are on a low pressure system. We would also like to get new splitter added to tap in laundry so we can have 2 appliances connected at the same time. We have the part for this ready to go, but we don't have the tools to do it ourselves.
