Installing of washing machine and uninstall old laundry area

Hi! We need a job done asap - dismantle current plumbing in laundry space (making this a nursery) plumb in a new front loader washing machine next to the hot water cyclinder in our hallway wardrobe. Installation of a new vanity potentially but not as urgent as other jobs.
