Install Midea heat pump hot water cylinder

I have a gas infinity hot water system that I need taken down and gas blocked off and install a Midea heat pump hot water cylinder that I have purchased. (Recently went to solar so no need for gas anymore) It can go in the same spot outside and I have a platform built ready for it to go on. A new fuse for power will need to be put in. I can take more pics if needed, I only had these 2, one is just showing the new platform from a different angle.

Wall mounted bathroom sink removal

We are requiring a registered plumber to remove a wall mounted sink off our toilet wall and cap off the lines in a way that will allow easy re-installation at a later date. We rent and have permission from our property manager/landlord to do this and they would like something in writing saying it's been done properly by a registered plumber.

Quote to replace toilet cistern, unscrew bath plug and unblock bath pipe.

Older toilet cistern needs replacing. Bath plug screwed on too tight so requires loosening and then bath pipe needs to be unblocked. Toilet Replacement

Replace existing toilet with new. New toilet is likely to be a rimless full-back to the wall type, I have not purchased it yet so recommendations are welcome. I'm assuming the cast iron flange and water tap will need to be replaced and relocated. I will be replacing the lino, skirting as well as Jib behind the toilet with V-groove ply. Work must take place on a Thursday or Friday.

Water shoots out of the overflow pipe on the roof when the internal mixer taps are set to warm (mixing hot & cold water). The pipe is fine when the tap is set to cold water or hot water.
