Deck and Re-laying main sewer pipe

We need the old concrete taken away, the drains which are encased inside then taken out and a new deck built in place (sorry dont know the sqm) with the drain hanging from underneath. the deck will be more than 1 metre off the ground and must meet up with the exsisting deck out the front. Hot Water Cylinder

We had a water supply problem that mean't we didn't get mains water pressure into our hot water cylinder. that has been fixed but now our hot water cylinder can't handle the pressure and constantly alloows hot water to overflow.
