We've purchased an investment property mid-renovation and need to complete it before we can put tenants in it. We have a list of jobs required to meet the council's code compliance (for example fit toilets and complete plumbing/ventilation in two bathrooms) as well as a list of jobs generated from an AA property inspection (for example some blocked drains, a leaking pipe, window latches broken/missing, leaks in the roofing/flashing, some rot including a large hole in the floor). Plus a couple of other jobs - wire up a nightstore and install a ventilation system, connect up the stove and plumb the dishwasher. The complete list is too long to post here but we're happy to provide it by email/fax and a visit to the property if required. We need a time and materials builder to co-ordinate with plumber/electrician/roofer as required to complete this work. We need someone who can start soon and work continuously until everything is finished.

Adam is friendly and helpful - was able to offer possible solutions to tricky areas. Standard of workmanship is high. On the whole the job has really dragged on but that's probably just how things go with this type of project.
