Add water outlet to ready pipe for fridge, and add tumble dryer drain to laundry

We have a capped-off cold water pipe for the fridge but no outlet; need that fitted and connected to new fridge. We also have a washing machine and condenser dryer in the laundry, but only one 'dishwasher' drain fitting available. That needs replacing with a double. New build, just moved in, should be clean and simple jobs.

Remove and replace hot water cyclinder

We have 270 litre low pressure hot water cylinder which is in a cupboard. It is leaking, and a plumber thinks it is corroded away. It has a tray but it isn't piped out anywhere so it leaked into the house. So a replacement will need a tray properly piped out.
