Bathroom renovation fitting replacement

Replacement of a toilet in the same location, replacement of a free-standing vanity with a wall hung vanity in the same location (centre of vanity may move approx 150mm along the wall), and replacement of shower over bath combination with an enclosed shower box shower. The shower over bath is currently boxed out from the back wall approx 300mm but ideally we would remove this and set the plumbing back in line with the wall if possible. The wall separating the toilet and bathroom will be removed during the renovation before the new fittings are installed.
