We have a 1980's kitchen and are wanting to replace the tap and mixer, remove the under-bench HWC and run a new hot water feed from the ceiling down through the back of cupboards to the sink. Wanting a new tap as it drips all the time, apparently due to the fact that the underbench cylinder isn't vented to the outside, it vents out the tap?
