Toilet/Sewer repair (Earthquake)

I am looking for a plumber to fix our toilet and or sewer line which has damage from the earthquake. The floor had sunk slightly which has put the cistern and bowl out of alignment etc and now doesn't flush properly without having to use a bucket of water. Possible sewer line damage as well because the paths outside have heaved over the sewerline.
