My laundry tub has difficult to use taps and a splash back that is "swollen" as the wrong material has been used. When the toilet is flushed it frequently does not clear waste in the bowl of the toilet. I would like both the tub and toilet replaced with modern versions and the splash behind the taps and on the adjoining wall replaced.
