Drain repair and inspection

Firstly the seal around the shower drain is broken and needs repairing. Water leaked through to the pipe in the garage as a result. See photos. Both need inspection and repair. The seal around the edge of this shower could be checked too for possible leakage. Also the sink in the same ensuite bathroom needs inspection as it’s probably clogged and the sink tap looked at for a new washer. ( i think) Would Love to have this sorted ASAP, tomorrow would be great!
