Storm water inspection for damages

Hi we are after a drainlayer who can help determine the storm water problems we are having as we are needing to determine where the storm water is going and if it is blocked as we are having to much moisture being consumed under the house that's causing mould. We maybe able to claim with eqc as they advised and will like to be able to get a quote and report first so we can get things sorted
