Compliance for Insurance

I have a house I have just purchased (still conditional upon insurance). Before the insurance can proceed they need a couple of things checked in the house. Rather than a full building inspection I really just want to confirm that the house has no scrim, plumbing is in good condition and that the house has been rewired with TPS. The house is 1920s and in great condition, all the eqc works have been completed and signed off. This job is rather urgent as the confirmation date expires shortly.
