Leaking hot water cylinder fitting

Small leak in hot water cylinder fitting. Very slow leak. In photo with writing: 3 - appears to be where leak is coming from 1 & 2 - was identified as being a bit corroded when we got the builders report moving in, would like these fixed at the same time ideally. If you need further info, let me know :) hot water cylinder details are hard to read, but its from the 90s. Separate to all this, we'd also like advice on upgrading our shower head for better pressure etc. Thanks!
