Was around to the house within about an hour to repair what was an urgent fix for me. He explained what he was going to do and then he did it with no fuss, completed the work promptly to a high standard. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

He took his time to properly assess the problem, explained what was causing the leak, and talked us through the fix in a clear and informative way. I was impressed that the friendly employee was willing to come at the end of the working day and worked well into overtime to try to get the hot water going that night. Unfortunately an unforeseen electrical fault prevented that. However, they were in phone contact with their electrician to try and solve the issue, and arranged for the electrician to come the next day. Other less urgent repair and upgrading work was done once I had bought the new fittings that I wanted. I would use them again.
