25 year old Rheem 180 litre mains pressure electric hot water cylinder seems to have died. It's measurements are 1166 high, 538 diameter. It is situated under the stairs, accessed from the garage in a 3-storey terrace house.
Also, on the top floor, the shower/bath mixer-diverter is leaking from the handle base,
Because I have carpets, I would appreciate removal of boots or shoes when working on the top floor bathroom.

"I was impressed that the friendly employee was willing to come at the end of the working day and worked well into overtime to try to get the hot water going that night. Unfortunately an unforeseen electrical fault prevented that. However, they were in phone contact with their electrician to try and solve the issue, and arranged for the electrician to come the next day. Other less urgent repair and upgrading work was done once I had bought the new fittings that I wanted. I would use them again."
