Waste Disposal reconnection to sink - today ideally

Had a new waste disposal unit connected about 6 months ago. the unit just fellout of the sink as per photos. the pipe underneath it buckled . I assume it just was not properly installed. Looking to have it reinstalled + pipe replaced / fixed. If you had any spare parts that may be requird that would ber great. also have 2 outside taps that need replace (not urgent) so will ask about this at the same time. plus if have clear silicon will ask to seal off a small gap. thanks.
