Can somebody please give me an approx. cost of fixing the below problems?? Thank you! 1. Bathroom - Floor outside shower LH end very damp at floor. Suspect shower screen needs to be resealed from inside. Also noted timber framing was visible at each end of bath box at floor. Should be sealed to prevent moisture entry. The vanity is not sealed sufficiently against wall. Should be sealed to prevent moisture entry. Note there was also historic leak damage visible from below 2. Hallway and Entrance Area – Moisture readings wet LH end of front door at floor. Very damp on RH side. This area is almost level with and the LH corner is below the exterior ground level and suspect moisture is travelling through the wall. Recommend removing soil on exterior and applying waterproofing membrane as necessary. Concrete paved area may need to be lowered against the house opposite RH end. 3. Garage Area – window frame and below is damp and wet. Suspect caused by window frame or flashing issues.
