A few jobs - Supply and install 1.) A new kitchen mixer tap - existing one functions but keeps coming loose despite tightening again and again; 2.) a new shower mixer tap - the handle is broken due to worn threads 3.) a hissing toilet cistern which is hugely annoying 4.) a garage vanity sink which may have been plumbed DIY.
