Note: Please only apply if you have dealt with the toilet seat issue before and know how to fix it. Hi, I've got a few things in the bathroom that has slowly deteriorated over time and in need to repair, please see photos. 1) Toilet Seat - I have an old school designed toilet and seat that has a broken hinge, rendering the seat unable to be put up and down properly without coming off. Previous enquiry with a plumber came back with an advice of replacing the entire toilet which I am not willing to do as it will cost too much. I need a plumber that has dealt with this issue before and know how to fix it, either with proper parts or an innovative way (i'm not saying super glue... but anything you can think of to make it stick permanently). I just need this toilet to last for a few more years before we renovate. 2) the mixer tap for my shower is not fixed to the mixer on the wall. See photo of the hole for the screw that is needed to screw it back in. 3) The nut that holds the tap on my sink keeps coming lose at the bottom. I tighten it from time to time at the bottom of the sink but it doesnt stay - which means my tap moves over time from movement of opening and closing the water tap. I need something to solve this - better nut, better screw, some plumbing tape? My priority is the toilet seat, however I would like the other two fixed at the same time aswell. Again, Please only apply if you have dealt with the toilet seat issue before. I'd rather not waste time showing someone what is wrong with a call out fee only for them to tell me its not fixable. Thank you!!
