Replacement of Kitchen tap fixed onto stainless steel benchtop. You would need to source a similar replacement tap from a nearby supplier to make sure the diameter is same as existing tap in the bench? Tenant's are generally working from home so shouldn't be an issue with arranging a time to call in to complete job.
