Hot Water Cylinder Move/Replacement

I am planning a kitchen renovation this year but there is a hot water cylinder taking up a whole bunch of prime kitchen real estate. I would like ideally to move this somewhere out of the kitchen or failing that maybe drop it down through the floor so that it would be under any new bench tops we were to install. It is in the corner of the room. Need a plumber with the know how in this area to give us some options. In addition would also like to discuss switching to mains pressure. Located in Onehunga.

Tony is a talkative chap and is super casual but you can't argue with the work and he stuck to his estimate. Was also willing to work long and late to get the job done. Recommended.
