Introduce new main water pipe to 8 terrace houses

We have an 8 terrace house complex (2004). The water pipes are under the drive of which one units pipe is currently leaking. To date no one has been able to locate the leak and the advice is to introduce new pipes. The scope is: - Cut a trench in the concrete drive - Insert new pipes in a conduit - Run the pipes to the center of the building (wall trunking in the garage) - reinstate the concrete. We could consider alternative methods on property visit.
