Fitting new tap for kitchen sink

We have a leaky tap so we've gone out and bought a replacement from Bunnings. This is a picture of the tap to be replaced, and the new one in it's box. Our best days to have the tap fitted would be a Friday (or the weekend). We're keen to get this done quickly, so first to confirm when they can do it will likely get awarded the job.
