Hot water pressure issue

Hi, we just moved into a house and the hot water pressure is non existent. The HWC is dated 2010 so fairly new. It is switched on and the water is heated. When we turn on the hot water tap in the kitchen its starts out normal but very quickly fades to nothing. Unable to use any hot water taps or shower. Possibly something to do with the pressure gauge where the water supply comes in from the mains connection? - see photos. (however I'm no expert). Need someone to call by tomorrow if possible, we'll be home at 1pm. Cheers, Thomas
