Small plumbing job

New tenant claims she can hear water dripping from one of the taps (newer mixer type) and toilet water cistern in one of the apartment bathrooms, although I did not hear anything while sorting out the place before she moved in. It could be just a washer that may need replacing in the tap and cistern valve adjusted. Anyway, I need to attend to it regardless of the extent of the "dripping", and while you are there I would like you to look at the drain outlet in the middle of the bathroom that seems to have sunk on one side and may need to be re-fixed (glued or whatever was used to fix it in the first place) and some sealant may need to be re-applied on the edge. Ideally you would have all the materials needed with you as she is quite particular that she wants to be there when the tradesman is working.
