Our toilet has died and we need to replace it. I need a plumber to come in and fit a toilet cistern - the tap and copper pipes may need to be replaced

They didn't finish the job. I waited for a couple of months and even though they hadn't finished, they sent out an invoice. When I contacted to get it finished they told me they'd get someone out. I've just got an overdue account and still no one has come to finish.
