sink drain block and toilet leak

‘just a quote at this stage’ Couple of plumbing issue at a city apartment. Car park can be arranged with builkding manager for the plumber. -kitchen sink drain block: the sink drain gets blocked after few day of use. Used liquid drain blocker from Mitre 10 and even though it did improve, but does not solve the problem. -2 toilet constantly leaking very small amount of water into the bowl. Don’t notice during the day, but It does make a little bit of noise when it’s quiet at night.
