The kitchen tap and the bathroom tap are both leaking (slow drip from the spout). I think just the gaskets just need to be replaced but if I gave it a go I know I would do more damage than good. The taps don't have brand names but as per the photos they are both hot/cold mixers. We are on Kings road - looking for someone local to minimize travel costs (especially as this is such a small job).
