Hot water cylinder valve replacement

Per photos attached, the joint/ valve is leaking and needs replacement. Leak is where I press the finger in the photos. Cylinder is shut from working to stop the leak temporary. Important: looking for someone available immediatelly. Work should be completed by Tuesday (today) ~ noon.
