Room - skim coating

I have a small room that I have taken the wallpaper off. I have coated with Resene Sureseal but it is quite rough and three of the walls need a skim coat of plaster. The height of the room is 2.2m - and there are 2 walls --- and 1 --- I need this work done in the next two weeks.

Three small gib patches

Jib stopping and replacement

We need sections of jib board re instated, plastered and painted. 6 section at 500mm x 500mm approx 1 section 1.6m x 1.2m 14 sections at 300mm x 300mm These sections may be required to be larger due to fixing points. will be best to go to site to to see in person.

Tidy up wall repairs

Wall repairs - holes were made in walls, repair job was started but i have to go overseas. Family still living in house. Need somebody to come in and tidy up the repair job and paint over. Have some wall ‘multipurpose filler’ already available. Paint is around a 5/6:1 ratio (approximately) of resene fossil:half fossil.
