We're looking for a plasterer to skim the walls of two bedrooms, and possibly a third after some work has been done on it. The two rooms are about 250mm high and 360mm by 360mm. A third is the same height but 300 by 360. We've started to strip the wall paper (which has been painted over also) in one of the rooms, and we'd love to get an opinion in person on the job, and how best to go about preparing for it. I am currently getting a new bathroom including new shower, toilet, vanity. The existing will need to be removed along with the schub which the plumber will do (have quotes) I need a quote on plastering walls, ceiling, replacing ceiling as new Heat/light/fan going in and pating the bathroom.
