Plastering for new kitchen preparation

We are installing a new kitchen and need plastering on new and exisiting gib board throughout the (small-medium sized) kitchen, and also touch ups for the existing gib in the lounge which has been stripped of wallpaper but the original gib is in pretty good condition. There are a few places in the laundry and hallway too which need very minor plastering touch ups. Our time frame is quite tight, as we have just been given the go ahead for the kitchen to get installed in the week starting 22nd January, so ideally would need the plastering done next week, from Wednesday 17 January. The photos show the kitchen as it is now, before our builders come in next week to remove everything and line with new gib.
