Ceiling to plaster

Hi there the paint on the internal ceiling of the house we are purchasing is peeling off and some of the plastering in some places is uneven. We are wanting all off the peeling paint removed and the plastering fixed up ready for us to paint. Ensuite Gib Stopping & Skim coating

Part 1: 3m x 1m Ensuite. 3 walls & ceiling require gib stopping. 1 wall requires skim coating. Part 2: 3m x 2.3m Master Bedroom wall only. Requires gib stopping and some skim coating. Part 3: 3 exposed corners (2 in hallway and 1 in laundry) require reinforcing trim and plaster finish.

Lounge Gib stopping and Sanding

Need lounge gib stopped and sanded as have now injured my arm and cant do. Lounge is about 4m x 4mand its just a couple of walls. Also need some cornice repaired on couple of walls. Not a massive job but too big for me now.
