Ceiling to plaster

Hi there the paint on the internal ceiling of the house we are purchasing is peeling off and some of the plastering in some places is uneven. We are wanting all off the peeling paint removed and the plastering fixed up ready for us to paint. This ceiling is in the kitchen lounge and dining (all open plan) roughly approx 35m2 thanks Rob and Melissa
