Kitchen wall plastering

Concrete terrace plastering

We have an exterior 1970's concrete terrace that has cracking and drumming issues. Needs to be repaired and resurfaced. Approximately 50m2. Also on the face of the terrace some texture coating plastering to be repaired. We also have some new concrete footpaths to be laid if you cover both.

Plastering/skimming lounge, kitchen and 2 Bedrooms

I have removed wallpaper and getting ready to paint the lounge/kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Need a plasterer to come and repair holes and plaster/skim the walls. The lounge walls are quite high to ladder or small scaffolding will be needed to reach those. (NB I have not completed wallpaper removed yet but just want to get this organised to be done in a few weeks.
