1970's concrete terrace needs cracks and drumming plaster repairs. Approx 50m2. Face of terrace needs textured plaster repairs and renew texture coating. New footpaths need to be boxed and laid as per photos. Happy to do a general measure of footpaths for those interested in quoting.
