Repairing ceiling

Hi there, I have an ornate 1930s lounge ceiling a large patched up hole that looks bleak. I either need the repair fixed properly, or the whole ceiling jibbed/plastered. The room is approximately 4 x 6metres. Any advice on the most cost effective way to repair this would be very much appreciated. I'm in Australia, so the best form of communication is through email.

Skim Coating and stopping

I have some walls where I am removing the old wall paper. Three walls are fiborus plaster and will need skim coated and prepped for painting . The other wall lining is gib board and will probably need tidied up also . 30 m2 of walls approximately in total . Can provide some additional photos.

Patch plaster work

Fill holes where electrical fittings have been removed. Match and repair plaster cornice in kitchen on either side top of range hood chimney. Piece of plaster cornice supplied. Repair damage to 2 hole set in plaster cornice in living room. Fill holes in bathroom from previous toilet cistern.

Softboard repair/tidy

I've recently had a switch board upgraded and moved. The hole left behind has been covered but as the walls are soft board, it has left a slight mess. So, look for someone who can help make it look a bit more tidy! Open to ideas on how. It might be a skim coat or maybe a thin wooden frame over the old damaged softboard. Also looking to fill a hole in the ceiling from an old batten fix light. cheers

Patching hole in roughcast wall

A pipe from a heat pump has been removed from an exterior wall and there is now a hole (approx 10cm x 5 cm) that needs filling and plastering to match the existing roughcast. It is quite high on the wall, just under the eaves.
