Gibstopping renovated 1970s house

We are fully renovating our home and will need all rooms stopped as we have replaced all the wall linings to insulate the house. I have attached some images showing the layout and ceiling heights. The windows and doors are all archiframe. The ceiling will have cornice installed in the larger rooms.

Roughcast exterior plasterer required please?

I noticed the exterior roughcast plaster needs redone in places around the house. Predominantly one part of the front wall in front of garage, followed by areas around the parameter of the house.
