Plastering Interior walls

Hello, I'm looking to have the interior walls of my property in Clyde Hill plastered. Walls currently have a textured plaster finish from the 80's, and I'd like this smoothed out and ready to paint. The rooms needing plastering would be: Kitchen: 3.65m x 2.4m (approximate floor size) Hallway: 4.9m x 2m (approximate floor size) Lounge: 4.9m x 4.25m (approximate floor size) I am looking to have this job done last week of September 2023. As the property is currently tenanted, I would like to have the job quoted based on the images and square meterage provided if possible. Thank you, Jim
