The employees consulted us when needed except in one instance. This issue resulted in repairs being required to weatherboards on one corner of the house. Repair was arranged quickly and at no cost to us but we feel that if we had been consulted in the first place by the team and owner, repairs could have been avoided. Other issue was the decision not to use a work platform when working above bay window. We were concerned about health and safety because of the height involved when employee used one-person ladder with other employee holding it firm. Overall, the job was done well.
