Need someone to come and paint exterior of house. It is new wood so just need to undercoat and paint 2 layers. There is also some filling of nail holes required. Scaffolding is already up for part of the job - but it is just regular scaffolding so if you have some bracing that you could add that would make it more secure. Access down the pathway is narrow - so someone with either a good ladder or narrow scaffolding required. I can borrow this off neighbour, and help you set up but again...

We're having the house reroofed and would like to get the barge boards repainted. The plan is to have the roof and spouting done then get the barge boards painted while the scaffolding is still up on the high part of the house. Roofers have agreed to leave that section of scaffolding up for a little while longer so the painting can be done. Roofing is scheduled to start on Monday, so this is a job that will need doing fairly soon. An earlier estimate put it at 76 metres of barge boards....

We have exterior trim that is in need of 2 coats of paint. The previous painter used roof paint on the plywood trim - some got sufficiently coated and some didn't and have started to lose their paint. We have about 60-80% of the paint in a 10 litre pail already. Keen to get this painted as soon as the weather allows as we have had the rest of the exterior touched up prior to winter.
