Wallpaper and plaster

Hi, unfortunately we are having to replace and repair wallpaper that has creases and bad plastering that we previously had paid someone to do. It is not whole complete rooms but several places that need a professional to fix up a poor quality job. There will be some plastering required.

Small section of new weatherboards needing to be painted.

We have completed a rennovation and two sections of the house have been re-clad in new weatherboards. These sections need to be painted asap and we have run out of time to do them in. The work needs to be completed as soon as possible as we need to get the boards protected from the elements before final council inspection.

West St Soffit Painting

Unfinished DIY! Looking for a painter just to paint the soffits and trim of our split level home. Paint supplied. The front of the house access is level ground but the sides are sloped. Per pictures, all brown needs to be dark grey. No great urgency, as has been unfinished for quite some time

Feilding Small Bathroom painting

Small bathroom needs painting, floor area approx 2mx1.8m, containing shower over bath and vanity unit. Subway type tiles currently line 3 walls (around door, bath and vanity, with small window above vanity), other wall is plasterboard (1.8mx2.5m high - small mirrored cabinet currently installed in wall with light fitting above). Ceiling and plasterboard wall need mould treated and painted. Bath surround needs resealing. If possible, repaint tiles also. Installation of extractor fan also, if poss...

Trim Painting - Exterior and Interior

We've had some new sliding doors put in and need the trim painted on the inside and outside. The new exterior plaster above the doors will also need painting but has been given a coat of limelock. We've filled the nail and screw holes in the trim, but some sanding will be needed. To give an idea of job size, the new doors are 1x stacker slider, 1x bifold door and 1x kitchen sliding window.
