Big exterior paint job needed

House is going on the market asap. Location is Rangiotu. 170m2 house needs to be sanded and painted, front asap and the rest can be done over a few months. Front is under an eve and has already been sanded and primed. Already have some paint too but will need more. Scaffolding will be needed for the remaining sides of the house. Also some painting needed inside too but much smaller jobs.

Re decorating living areas

Re painting our enter way, lounge room and play room. We also have one wall of the lounge that will be a wallpapered feature wall. The lounge has cathedral ceiling, the high end is 4.9 m high. There is also a stairwell and upstairs hall way to be painted too.
