Communication was great and they showed up within 20 minutes of the scheduled appointment so happy with this. Workmanship I have only put as 4 as they seemed to struggle with some items that I had to step in and help with and didn't seem confident reversing car with trailer. They also left suddenly after finishing, didn't get chance to thank them which I found a bit unprofessional. Would still hire again for a small move like this (1 bedroom) but probably not for a full house move.

James was very honest I accidentally paid him twice due to internet reception where I was and he sent a payment back .
