We have a timber sleepout (approx. 2m x 5m) that needs to be relocated from the western side of our property to the eastern side, to make way for a house extension.
The job includes:
Lifting and moving the sleepout to its new position
New foundations at the new location
The property is at the rear of a back section in Point Chevalier, Auckland. Crane access is not available, so we're looking for someone experienced with manual relocation on constrained sites.
Happy for a site visit before quoting, access is limited so it's worth seeing in person first.
