Kitchen lights

I took out our old kitchen lights, but haven't been able to connect the new ones successfully. Rather than risk it, I'd prefer a professional come have a look. Three spot lights, and a spot to poke your head into the ceiling cavity and see the wiring due to other work at the moment.

Installing light fittings and fixing tripping fuse

Hi I need to get two light fittings installed - see photos. I have the fittings but one is broken, so need to know if it can be glued back together. If not, different light fittings can be used. I have tenants moving in on saturday so ideally want to do this before then. Also, one of the lights in my hallway is causing the fuse to trip so I want that fixed as well (I need to replace the bulb so it may not do it after I've done that, will check before you arrive).

Repair recessed downlight at the ceiling
