Installation of Two Security Lights

Hi there, I’d like to have two security lights installed at my home. There’s an existing power source available from the garage. We have purchased 5 new lights that we would like to replace some old lights. There are 4 rounds lights and a black spot light (see photos). We'd like dimmers applied to these lights as well (there currently isn't). The photos show the old lights, and the new lights in boxes. Outdoor flood lights not working - need urgent repair or replacement
