Light install and light switch replacement

Finally time to get this one done. Please see photos for specific instructions and types of switches and lights. 3x light fixture replacement (install the LED lights as pictured). Bunch of old style switches need to be swapped to new ones (please see photos). There is also one power port not flush to wall which I’d love to get fixed! You must be a licensed electrician.
