Outdoor light repair

I have two outdoor lights pictured which have not worked since I purchased my house, one has bulbs one doesn’t. The one with bulbs I pulled out from the wall and it does have a cable going to it, and there is a switch in the entry way to the house that is seemingly not connected to anything so I suspect they are linked. Looking at getting them both replaced and working if possible.
